Susan's Story
Life
Christmas photo from 12-06, from left to right is my brother Michael, me, my sister Chris and my other brother Denny. We all went to Rochester High. I am a divorced single mom for the past 12 years. I have a 13 year old daughter and she is great. She does very well in school and rides Western in the American Quarter Horse Shows. We have 2 dogs, an German Shorthair and a mix Beagle, Pointer and Alaskan Shorthair that we found on the side of the road when she was 11 months old and still have her 9 years later. We also have a cockatiel bird named Lucky. My life basically revolves around work and her and it is very busy with home too. Still live in Rochester and we are in the middle of remodeling a 1927 house.

down to the Ren Cen for the World's Largest Renovation that complex had and then I was to transfer back closer to home. But, then 9/11 hit and we all know what happened with the economy so basically I am stuck driving a 60 mile a day round trip to work. I am a working Engineer so I don't get to sit at a desk all day. I maintain all of the Fire System and the Life Safety side which includes a lot of Egress codes and isssues. Then during the spring to fall months after my job at Ren Cen I do landscaping and mowing. My dad started the company back in 1996 and when he passed in 2001 my brother Denny took it over. I worked with the company for a while on the side so I have some experience but no medical so couldn't stay with it full time. Love doing it though, so I go out on my own a few days a week. Helps pay for the maintenance on the horse Courtney rides too.
