Life I went to Somerville Central Grade School, Middle and High School until 7 months before graduation at which time I had to transfer to BRHS-West. I married 7/1/68 (hard to believe we celebrated 43 years this year) and we moved to sunny Gainesville, Fl., home of the University of Florida and the Fighting Gators. I have two of the best kids (boys age 42 & 39), two of the best daughter-in-laws, and the best gradkids in the whole world (Danielle 18, Grace 6, Grant 3, James 1 mon.). Life is good!!! In 1985 I graduated from Santa Fe College and for the past 25 years have worked at our Unversity of Florida Women's Health Group. I am a Registered Nurse Specialist and started as a Gyn unit team leader. I did that for about 5 years and was asked to switch over to OB and became an OB educator for 6 years and now work with our Gyn Oncology patients. It is very rewarding and at the same time very hard to loose so many wonderful women to Ovarian and advanced Gyn cancer, I look at death in a different prospective that I did 25 year...Expand for more
