Susan's Story
Life
I've finally achieved my dream ranch. I have 3 horses, 7 full grown hens, 5 young hens, 3 sweeties, 3 cats, 2 young barn catlings , 1 dragon, 1 snake, and many friends. I have 10 years to go before I can finally finished up with my career and retire to spend my days creating a warm and nurturing community, training horses and riders, running my Trakehner breeding program, surrounded by natural beauty and green growing things.
I finally got me and my horses back into training. Woot! I'm currently riding 3 days a week, my gelding should be home from training in about a month, my filly began training last year and is doing well in her first show season under her trainer, and my mare has just finally gotten a rider back in her saddle after 10 years and is coming ...Expand for more
along well. Working full time, trying to keep up on the ranch and house chores, studying horse training books, and riding whenever I can is taking up my spare time. *smile*
School
Yeay! I successfully got back in touch with one of my old high school friends. I've been very much enjoying hearing the gossip about all the rest of the gang. Highly entertaining to hear how we all turned out.
Workplace
15 years and counting in the computer industry. Working full time at Microsoft until my contract ends in May.
Over the years, I've worked at Cisco Systems, Cray Supercomputer, Microsoft, and Google.
I am delighted with my current contract, and only want to be hired into a full time position here at Google to make things perfect in my career at the moment.
