Susan's Story
Life
After graduating I went to UBC and
graduated with a B.Ed in 1985. Left
for Japan almost immediately and
spent 3 years there working and
traveling around Asia. It was a great
time in my life. Returned to B.C. in
1985 and worked for Burnaby School
District teaching high school until we
came to Whistler in 1993.
In 1992 I married Peter Shrimpton.

ldren were born in 1993, 1995
& 1997. I taught at Cap College in
Squamish for a while but haven't
been back in the work force since our
second child was born.
We love being here and take full
advantage of the recreation at our
doorstep.
Baby number 4 came along in 2007, which has really added to the mix!
