Susan's Story
2022 and still here! "Live free or die" the motto of the state I live in. Moved here because of that motto among other reasons. Considering Global Heating, sea rise and Southern Connecticut air quality it's more than adequate here.
Truly sickened by what humans have done to this Earth of our's. Doing everything I can to ration my non-renewable resourse use but of course it's not enough on the individual basis to even make a dent in saving the planet. Only way to do that is government takeover of all oil and coal production now plus deep ...Expand for more
ecological education for students and and the general (older) population. The US Government must plant millions+ of appropriate trees in every available spot across the US and elsewhere.
Knowing that there's not a chance in hell that anyone, (Class of '57) or otherwise, is going to see, never mind read, this I will bring it to a close hoping that your children, grandchildren, mine and all the children-to-be of this sorry Earth have a viable planet to live on both happily and productively.
