Life
I don't think I've changed much since high school although people say they don't recognize me? I have two children, two boys, Troy is 15 and Garrett is 8. Troy is driving with a permit...talk about another stage of parenting!! WOW. I live right around the corner from my parents, could be a good thing if I didn't mind them stopping in all the time but it sure was nice living in Florida for the last four years when the visit took 17 hours to get there! At least I had some warning! I am in a very loving relationship with a childhood neighbor. If anyone remembers John Miller, we grew up across the street from each other and after 25 years of having a "crush" on me he confessed his love and it's been great ever since. We do not have any children together but my two boys and his daughter, who is 9 years old and shares the same birthday as my youngest son, make a wonderful family of 5. John runs the family business, mechanical and collision center and I work for a home builder on the North side of town. I work in the corporat...Expand for more
e office and build databases to track production issues in the field, internal personell and estimating & design programs, then I get the joy of figuring out how to fix them. Our fall time is filled with sports with the kids, Troy, standing at a whopping 6'2 (how he got that when his dad is only 5'10 and I'm only 5'4 is beyond me) made varsity basketball and football his freshman year!!, Garrett is working hard on his football techniques to follow big brother and Kirstin cheers them on with her cheerleading abilities. In the summer time we are on the boat living it up with our friends or I'm hanging on for dear life in whatever speed machine John has built to race down the road!! We have not changed much we are just getting older!
School
I went to Anderson University when I was 25 for a nursing degree. When I started my internship at the hospital I had to ride the ambulance. I decided I like the EMS better and dropped out of college and took courses and became an EMT which I did for the 2 years prior to moving to Florida.
