Susan's Story
I was a Medical Technologist for way too long. The last job I had in that field was 18 yrs. It was depressing to think that I would still be there for anothe 16 yrs or so. The turnover in the lab at TRH was very low. Openings ocurred when the staff needed expanding, people retired, or just burnt out.
I was in the last catagory. I am now working in retail and loving it.
I have been married for 30 yrs. A few years back, we renewed our vows in Ireland at the O'Driscoll Clan Gathering.The weather did not co-operate to do it at the usual places. So at the Pub it was. A collection for my "dowry" was taken up,advise given, and "my Dad" n...Expand for more
eil from Austrailia jigged me down the aisle to Waltzing Matilda. The Clan Cheifton preformed the ceremony. It was a great time had by all.
We were not blessed with children, but have had several cats. Currently we only have one.I do have 2 neices and nephews, and one Great Neice. That I do not get to see enough since she is in MI.
All in all, I have been satisfied with my life. I am sorry that I will not be at the reunion since it interfers with my family reunion. Please feel free to send me lots of stories and pictures.
