Susan's Story
Just decided to check out this site 1/10. Have lived in Basking Ridge for 25 yrs. Worked as translator in France after college, then in Philadelphia for U of P, then in NYC and finally as a Realtor for the past 24 yrs (children and 4 hrs of commuting don't mix)-- Really enjoy helping people with this process. Met husband, Jim at college (from Basking Ridge -- my ride home :) Sons, Chad (25) and Josh(22) and daughter, Katie(19) attended or are attending Dartmouth, University of Richmond and Rutgers, respectively. I don't envy these kids with their job-hunting these days, that's for sure.

m, who still lives locally...the sandwich generation is indeed correct! My spare time (when I have any) has been spent volunteering on the Board of the local YMCA since 1992, chairing the International committee. I've led trips to our partner Y in Macedonia and attended conferences in Mexico, Greece, Spain, Bulgaria, Canada and South Africa. What a great and unique way to experience world cultures and phenomenal volunteers. (Who would have ever thought French would come in so handy with Y's across the globe in former French colonies!) I'm also active at our church and play in the bell choir there. Would enjoy hearing from classmates -- Susan
