Susan's Story
Life
After graduation, I attended Westark, now UAFS, and graduated with an Associate in Science. I started nursing in 1977 at SRMC ICU, and moved to SEMMC in 1978. I worked various areas in the hospital, and for several physicians in the area, before a medical retirement in 1999. Bill and I have been married for 29 yrs in Oct. and have two children. Theresa who is a teacher in Sp. Ed. and is teaching in Hackett, and Andy who is an auto mechanics and computer science student at UAFS. Both also graduated from NHS. d the class of 2004 almost matched the record of the class of '74. They did match in winning the AAAAA West Conference undefeated, just like the class of '74. Some games were just like being back in '74, with close wins. I stay busy doing my needle work, teaching religion to 2nd graders at church and taking classes at UAFS. Never did get that BS in History and plan to do so now.
The young lady in the photo with me, is my German exchange daughter, Sabine Jeager. She lived with us and attended NHS with Theresa, for Sabine's senior year. The photo was taken in Nov. 2003
