ed out of the "nest" to FL. Taught middle school PE in Palm Beach County FL for most of years, then taught a variety of subjucts at a Drop Out Prevention school, for my last 7 years of teaching. I retired in 1996 after 30 years pf teaching/ I love to sleep late and stay up late. I've giving up cooking now that we all have a microwave, I find it hard to slice and dice with my crippled up old arthrititic fingers, Sometimes I like oatmeal for dinner or bacon and eggs and english muffins MY lunch is always yogart,....I add fresh fruit in the summer and cut up dried fruit in the winter.I add a few sprinkles of cimminnion, a couple swirls of honey,some chopped up nuts and sit back and engoy with a health bar I have given up eating red meat, and eat more natural foods, grown naturally. I love fresh summer fruit....all of it I also love a good salad.".
