More about Susan:"Whew...hard to tell about me! I was always a short round person and have become more so as the years have gone by.
My son lives in the Raleigh area here and my daughter is living here with me. She moved here to help me since 35 years of diabetes has slowed me down and having her here is helpful. I love my family and strive to stay close to them. Also, I have 3 really neat grandchildren and love being Me Ma to them.

at less reserved and shy and found my sense of humor which helps make life interesting.
What else can I tell...I am now retired from working and enjoy being able to have time to do things like read in the sun on my front porch or sit by the fish pond on the back patio. My home backs up to woods and the deer and squirrls are frequent visitors when I sit out back on the deck with my coffee.
On June 3, 2009 my husband Bob feel asleep in death. He had been diagnosed with colon cancer 7 weeks previously. He was surrounded by his family, his Mom and sister, his children and their spouses, his *brothers in law, sister in law as well as his neices, nephew and grandchildren. On Jan 12, 2012 my dear brother Paul also fell asleep in death after a long battle with liver failure. My baby brother was my best friend and I will miss him terribly. In spite of these losses in my life, I am surrounded by people who love me and support me every day.
