Susan's Story
HELP PLEASE:
I graduated from Bangor High in l967 and I have always had a soft spot for Maine, especially Bangor. Was looking through my old yearbook and decided to see who I could make contact with. I have a couple of girls that I have always wondered about but can't find in the directory here. Sue Davis and Paige Allen. Does anyone know them and where they might be?
MY PROFILE:
I do not work but my husband and I own a small communications business.
My primary hobbies are preserving old folk songs, occassionaly performing them and collecting acoustical guitars. I have recently put a sound studio together and do some recording - for my ears only. We attend bluegrass festivals whenever possible. I belong to a group of musicians who just enjoy jamming - they with their country tunes and me sprinkling a folk tune in now and then.
Among other activities and interests we enjoy garage sales and camping. The camping is: camper, don't cook so either go with those who do or...Expand for more
stake out Burger Kings. Oh yes, I make sure we have lots of movies and popcorn for the evening. Ok, it's more like city girl likes pavement and creature comforts but it's done in a comfortable a/c camper.
No children but have adopted a Labordoodle from the local Humane Society. A very loving dog which makes her all the animal we need.
I moved to Nebraska to attend college then from there I moved to Shreveport, La. where my folks were stationed. From Shreveport, I moved to Baton Rouge, La., and then Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, (The neat thing about living in OKC was I could always yell "GO BIG RED" and it never be detected which side I was rooting for.) I moved back to Nebraska where my folks retired after leaving the Air Force. Yes, I grew up an Air Force brat.
Other than a weekly Tai Chi class these few facts will tell you more than you really wanted to know. If you have any information about the two girls I mentioned at the beginning I would really appreciate and update.
