Susan's Story
After leaving Plant I attended Marymount College of Virginia in Arlington, VA. What a wonderful time those college years were!!! Many happy memories to last a life time.
I was engaged twice. Picked the wrong guy and have kicked myself for it all these years. We lived in the Caribbean for 12 years.The marriage did give me the worlds best daughter. She has in turned blessed me with my special grandaughter,Jilly. She is six years old and is my heart.
Jilly has Autism. It is amazing to watch her fight so hard everyday to overcome her ill...Expand for more
ness. Her father left her and my daughter as soon as he found out that she wasn't "normal". She picked Mr. Wrong too. So my daughter and I are raising Jilly together. He sure is missing out on a lot of love!!!!
We are living in Geogia, but thinking about moving to North Carolina. It is the place to live if you know anyone who has Autism. The state does so much to help these special children be the most that they can be. Will keep you posted on when that will happen.
