Susan's Story
I started at City as a junior after my dad was transferred from Nashville to Chattanooga. I thought my life was over but things were not so bad, I had fun getting to know people and finding my way through adolescence. We lived on Elder Mountain and some of you may have been at my house for a sleep over and a surprise ice storm. My mom was in a panic as she had no groceries for the 20 something girls that were there.

o UTC to finish my degree and Steve finished at UGA. We have moved around some since then but settled back in Nashville, my home town, where our son was born. We have family in Chattanooga so we get back to visit and see how nice it is now.
I have spent my entire social work career in adoption related services and still work in that field today. I enjoy reading, singing and spending time with family. Our three grandchildren are loads of fun and keep us on the go. That's about it. I never got any taller and feel like the same person I was back in 1969. Not alot of excitement but a good life so far.
