Susan's Story

Moved to NY State in 1977 and have lived here ever since. Spent 17 yrs. in Rochester, NY working in various community benefit organizations. Moved to Central NY State in 1995 and live about 45 min. south of the Adirondack Mts. Married 34 yrs. to Roger B. Smith. Roger died December 20, 2015. Currently an administrator for Mohawk Valley Community College in Utica, NY, where I also teach - English and Education courses. Earned MA in English Literature in ...Expand for more
1981 from Univ. of Rochester. BA 1976 (English) from Villanova Univ. Several major hobbies - knitting/weaving/spinning fiber, fly fishing/fly tying and shooting sporting clays. Been out west to fish - MT and CO. Planning to move to a condo after living in the Adirondack foothills for nearly 17 years. Travel to NYC regularly. Hard to believe, but I don't look all that different from HS photo, except hair is short and I lost the white frosted lipstick!
