Susan's Story

I graduated from DHS in 1979 and started University of South Alabama in the fall of '79. I received a B.A. Degrees in Communications and English in 1983. I went to work and got married in 1985 to David Walker (DHS 1978), yes we used to double date in high school to other people. We bought our first house in 1987 and had our first son August 1989 by emergency C-section (the weeken...Expand for more
d after our 10th reunion). Over the next 11 years, we worked and had our youngest son in January 2001 (yes 11-1/2 years difference!) Our oldest is almost 20 years old and about to start his 2nd year in college and our youngest is 8 years old and beginning 3rd grade. We have been married 24 years and for 20 years we have been raising children. Our family has a lot of fun together!!!!!
