I don't know where I was in high school - confused, misled, frustrated, stupid, really a mess. After basically getting by in High School I proceeded to flunk out of college. I'm afraid that it took quite some time to figure the whole education system out. I married an architect and started having kids. When my kids entered ...Expand for more
school, I returned to college and finally got a bachelors while in my 30's. I just kept going with it and last Dec. finally graduated with a PhD in anthropology. I have taught at a university for 11 years now and love it. Of all the people least likely to go into education it had to be me but here I am. It is a weird world.
