Suzanne's Story

Met the love of my life the summer after high school (thanks to Debby Czajka!). He went into the navy, stationed in Groton, Connecticut; I went to Illinois College in Jacksonville, from which I graduated in 1988 with a BS in Elementary Education. Married in 1989. was born. Moved home to Illinois in 1992. Daughter Nicholle was born in 1996. Went back to school 2003-2006 for a master's in reading (Governors State). Have been teaching elementary school and junior high throughout all these years. I'm currently a Reading Specialist at Matteson Elementary School in Matteson, IL.
