Suzy's Story
I graduated in our class of 2000+ graduates and moved to Tampa with my family.
I attended USF for about a year in zoology/biology program.
I moved to Gainesville and lived with different relatives while attending UF, got a job, and recieved my MRS degree when I married a yankee, Cliff Ryan, whom I met at a Bible study lunch at the Baptist Campus Ministry.
We married in 1976 at the Baptist Campus Ministry where my parents also married 25 years earlier.
After he graduated while I worked and typed his papers, we headed for Southern Baptist Theological Seminary where several BCM buddies also went.
We had a boy in 1978, Jeremy, and a girl in 1982, Ruth.

here my husband has been Youth Director (Hawthorne & Louisville), and Minister of Education and sometimes Church Administrator.
Our children are married. Jeremy has two sons - Dezmond 10.5 years and Charlie 1 week.
Ruth is expecting her first the end of November.
I work for the Florida Baptist Convention in Jacksonville as a Customer Service Coordinator helping the staff produce beautiful printed documents. I also have a part-time business as a Mary Kay Consultant.
The photo shows me at my top weight..a surprise considering how skinny I was in high school! I am currently working on that weight and am thinner now, but do not have a current thinner photo.
Surprisingly, my Christian service has been in Children's Sunday School as a teacher and serving as director of the libraries of the churches where we have served (except 2).
