Life The summer after graduation in 1971, I moved out of my parents home and was determined that I could make it on my own. I did for the most part, but probably had a little too much fun in those days! I was in and out of Cal Poly, and worked full time at Ameron, El Monte, a pipe company. I started working in the electronics industry in 1975 in Anaheim, and was relocated to the Bay Area for work in 1986. I have been selling advertising and multimedia marketing tools to high tech companies since 1988. I have enjoyed a very rewarding and lucrative career. It's been fun and I've met lots of interesting people including my husband! I am married to a wonderful man named Bob Starr. I have a fantastic son, Josh, who is 26, and a fabulous daughter, Katy, who is 21. I also have three wonderful stepchildren, Chris, who is 38, Karey, who is 36, and Nicole, who is 33. Chris is married to Danielle and we have two granddaughters, Emma and Jocelyn. Karey is married to Rachel and they have our youngest granddaughter, Amber. Nicole is married to Shawn.
