I'm a retired Continental Airlines flight attendant. I live in Denver with my husband of 32 years. We have two kids...a daughter, Noelle, 29 and married and a son, Jeremy, 24 and single. Our daughter and son-in-law, Porfirio, have moved back from Mexico and Porfi has his green card and a good job in Boulder. They just moved to Louisville, Colorado where they found a nice ranch style apartment. Porfi's commutes to Boulder is now only 22 minutes! I go to El Paso every Fall and Spring to see my dad and to get my Leo's and Chico's fix. Hope to see some old friends next time I am in town! When I'm in town, I love early morning walks around my old "stomping grounds". I start out at my dad's house on Clifton St., a couple of blocks north of Montana St., and walk around Memorial Park, around Crockett School, then go see our old house on Aurora St. on to Austin High School, then head up to Our Lady of Guadalupe, and then to Gussies Bakery, grab a couple dozen tamales, and walk home. (I'm glad I walked all those miles, so I can go eat a couple of those tamales! Well, I am now a grandmother!
