Sylvia's Story

It is hard to believe 50 years since we all were starting out with big dreams and ideas! But yet here we are and it was a great trip. As you may know I married Bobby Collins a guy from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in Oct. of 63. We moved to Florida when he got out of the army in August same year. Eight years later we had a daughter, the love of our lives; and in 74 we moved to Tennessee where I remain. I lost my wonderful husband in July almost two years ago with congestive heart failure. ring your door bell hoping you want to know more about the Bible offering free home Bible studies. Plus I support myself as a Realtor. So every thing I do seems to center around "doors". I have seen some pictures of some of the class and I have to say I think you guys are a still good looking group of citizens. People are like fine wines, we get better with age. WEll at least we are wiser now. Do you think young people look beautiful because they are truly beautiful, or because they are young? But because we are so wise we know true beauty is inward.
