A Bit Of My Life Story
Interior Designer & Fine Art Dealer, I'm also a published poet; Married to Dr. Ashton Cloninger in 1984 & (as of this writing 11/2009)seeking divorce; no children(wish I had one or two)!
I am involved in art,interior design,
and the art of telling a story. I enjoy reading, and a rather quiet lifestyle. I have a cat,named Maya(after Maya Angelou), and it's the cats belief, that she, is kind enough to allow me, to live in HER Home.I spend most of my time, at my home on the San Francisco Peninsula, however I also have a home just outside of Sacramento. High School wasn't the high point of my life: my parents were divorcing and I put on weight; no one ever recognizes me from yearbook photos.By age 19, with my blonde hair, cut very short, and weight lost(still kept my 5'10' height),I modeled for the Grimme Modeling Agency in San Francisco, and for a brief time with John Casablanca's Agency, then known as "Faces." My best friend is Gayle (Draper) Brandt, we met in 1971 at Burlingame High, proving that some friendships do last the test of time. om Kindergarten through fourth grade-Cypress Elementary[Redding,CA] fifth and sixth grade- Mary E. Silvera[Marinwood,CA] seventh and eighth grade-Bayside Middle School[San Mateo,CA] and High School- Burlingame High School[Burlingame,CA] moved from Marin, to Foster City,CA- where I lived from the summer of 1964, to the autumn of 1982- Always happy to hear from all my Foster City friends.
When I was a junior in high school, I had a crush on someone in the senior class...during our early twenties, we saw each other, for a very brief time. Thirty years, fly by, and we reconnected. His name is David Lashin.We both wonder, why it took so long for us to be together, and have decided "we" were each others fate; since we've been together (this time!), it's real difficult to not believe in "soul mates."
