Sylvia's Story
I graduated in 1962. I was always in the school shows (called the JEMS back then). I sang in the school's chorus and i liked to dance on the roof at lunchtime with a few girlfriends. My best buddies were Barbara White, Pat Quinton, Claudette Shensky, Gwen Hagains, Ray Mormon, Babara Lott? and Lorraine (Bubbles) Wolicki, just to name a few. I enjoyed performing and I did do a solo in our school assembly one day (I sang Tammy). I danced in the school shows called JEMS back then. I won a dance contest dancing with Lewis Collier. ur Murray skit. Do you remember? I remember our football team won one game and we had a big celebration because the Panthers had never won a game. (Smile) We had the city's best school band though. Do you remember Moe Jones, Josh Pruitt and Lenny Houston? I would like to get any information regarding our class reunion. I have never heard of one or been invited to one. I presently live in Valdosta, Georgia and i am married to a wonderful man named Glenn. I have seven grandchildren, nine greatgrandchildren. I am a Christian. I enjoy traveling and am retired from my job of 25 years.
