Tabitha's Story
I am currently a house bunny by profession.(It doesn't pay much but I am enjoying the much needed rest)! As some may remember, I had my first child while still in high school. Her name is Wendi- 23 yrs old, married, in the nursing program & lives in Sour Lake. My son,Jonathan- 20yrs old, working at Shulzer-Hickham in Pasadena (still single thank God!)and attending San Jacinto College. My children were by my first husband Allen Howard, who passed away now.*For those who didn't know...he was Steve Howard's big brother). I have re-married and been happily married to John English from Groves for 15yrs now.
We have lived in Vidor, N.Vidor,
Orangefield, Port Neches(where my daughter graduated), Nacogdoches, Tucson(AZ.), Vidor(again 3months), Pasadena, Deer Park (where my son graduated)& now Katy,Texas! WOW! And I was the one who turned down an awesome job in Texarkana because I didn't want to leave Vidor. Only one of my 7 siblings stayed there.
I was forced to quit high school in the first semester of 10th grade due to dehydration with my pregnancy. But for someone who quit school, my mom says I sure do go back often. I now have 3 degrees;real estate, process operating, diagnostic medical sonography (ultrasound).

rth of my daughter, I immediately jumped into flipping houses (yes,I did it BEFORE it was cool,LOL).We owned several businesses including a restaurant in Louisiana,a convienent store in Orange, car lot, mechanic shop, business consulting company, merchandise control company, home builders and a multitude of rental properties. My ex and I divorced and I walked away with my kids and clothes to start anew.**(Boy was that stupid,lol-don't EVER DO THAT!) But, I did and met a new spouse and Life has been an adventure everyday.
I thought that we were to settle down & slow our pace since we are empty nesters! I guess we are still a bit young for that....Our next move may be to Brazil for a 3yr assignment from Dow Chemical with my husband! So I guess there will be more to write home about soon.
I have lost all grandparents,father,ex-husband,4 close friends all in one year! With these losses one can only see how SHORT life truly is & that we must live life to the fullest each day. No one is promised a tomorrow....to all my fellow peeps out there - Love often,Pray often, Enjoy often & make sure you take out plenty of LIFE INSURANCE. There are only two trues to life....DEATH & TAXES! LOVE TO ALL,
