Lawrence Taff:

CLASS OF 1975
Rialto, CA

Lawrence's Story

Life After graduating from Eisenhower, I went to Cal Poly Pomona where I graduated with a degree in accounting in 1980. I went to work for Arthur Andersen & Co. in Los Angeles that same year. Andersen transferred me to Honolulu in 1985 where I have lived ever since. I resigned from Andersen as a Partner in 1995 (beat the Enron meltdown by a few years) and joined a real estate investment firm. I am now the Managing Partner and we have offices in Honolulu and San Diego. We are hoping to take the company public in the next few months. I am married to a wonderful lady who is an Int...Expand for more
ernal Medicine doctor. She is ethnically Chinese, but was born and raised in Malaysia. We don't have any kids or pets - mostly hobbies. I still run 4 or 5 days a week, but I am mostly focused on lowering my golf handicap these days. Other hobbies include motorcycling, snow skiing (usually in British Columbia), pilates, and strength training. I have also been a volunteer Big Brother to a really cool kid named Cassius for the last 7 years. I never imagined growing up in Rialto that I would been forunate enough to have a successful business carrier in Hawaii. I feel very blessed.
