I guess it's about time I jotted down a few words here. My 18 year adventure in Norway has temporarily come to an end. We moved to Houston, Texas (of all places) a couple of months ago (Sept. 2006). My husband is a Petroleum Engineer for a Norwegian oil company. Thus, Houston. Of course. After I finished at Pacific Lutheran University and moved to Norway, I got my degree over there as a Registered Nurse. In between all of this, my boys arrived. Alexander is soon 16 yrs. old, and Christoffer is 14 (and a half..can't forget that part). They are incredible kids. Good students, nice teenagers, and a load of fun to be around (I'm a mother. d my own business on the side. I've written my first book, which was published in Canada (from Norway) in 2004. I'm currently working on book number two. The main emphasis of my business is within interpersonal relationship guidance, personal development, and grief guidance (cancer patients, or any other type of illness and life adjustment). Actually, a little bit of everything. As long as it deals with any dilemma of "being human". I love what I do. I'm currently trying to adjust to living in the States again (just got my first check book!). I get teased for having a strange accent, and my outdated slang. I love our new home, and life is looking pretty good right now. We're relocated for about 2-3 years, however I don't know where we'll be headed afterwards.
