After graduation in highschool, I got married at age 18 & had my first child at 19. & a second child at age 21 & was divorced two years later. I went to UCC & got certified as a nurses assistant & worked alot of years as a nurses assistant. In the 1980's I went back to school at UCC & took classes to be an EMT 1, 2, & 3 & worked at Douglas Community Hospital in the E.R. & worked as an EMT on their ambulance for several years & then went to work at Mercy E.R. & on their ambulance for Medic 4.
