Tammy's Story
Life
HI! I didn't actually graduate with all of you, but I went to school with you. I choose not to graduate. That wasn't the smartest move I ever made, but in the end it wasn't all bad. I got married and I ended up divorced. I got remarried and I guess we are doing something right, cause we are still going strong after 25 years. We have two children. Our son lives in Florida, and our daughter has just recently moved to Pa.
The biggest lesson I have learned being a parent is never say never.
We lived in Florida for 18 years, North Carolina for a year and now back in Pa. I am a Logistics Manager. (For those that don't know what that is- it's a glorified name for dispatcher, accounting, and safety in the trucking industry.) I spend approximately 3 months of the year in North Carolina working and the rest of the time I work out of my house. I also work...Expand for more
at a Livestock auction barn, as a clerk and weigh master. (You ought to get a whiff of my "perfume" after spending a day in there! haha)
I have not stayed in touch with anyone from High School. I saw Cindy Fry about 20 years ago and spoke with Sally Yeager a few times about 10 years ago. Anyone know if Cheryl Snyder is still in the area, and what her last name is now?
To relax (if there is such a thing) we ride motorcycle, go to auctions, and just chill out with the tv.
If I won $100 million, I'd give 1/4 of it to my husband, then spend the rest on my family, charity and myself of course.
My first job was at Don's Pizza, where I got paid $2.25 an hour to cashier and make pizza and subs. What I remember most about it is it was the local hangout for all of us that lived in the Cedar Run area..
Just a little curious- how is the economy treating everyone?
