Tammy's Story
Life
Married to Rick Hoermann (SHS Class of '73). We have one daughter and live in Middlesex. In my spare time, I volunteer with Girl Scouts, go camping and play with my two Basset Hounds.
Workplace
Worked for a now defunct oil company after college and then spent 8 years at National Life Insurance. Left there in 1990 and worked as an independent consultant for a hydroculture plant company until my mother's death in 1995. To...Expand for more
ok over running the craft shop my mom and dad had started the previous year. Tried to beat the slow economy until 2003 but finally gave up the business. Was Asst. Manager for a Curves workout facility for a year and now I'm the Academic Coordinator for Attendance and Student Supervision (basically truancy and detention!) at U-32 Middle/High School in East Montpelier. Our daughter will be freshman at U-32 the year so it's a good fit.
