Tammy's Story
Life is Good. Have lived in FLorida for 21 years. Nice but will always miss the Pacific northwest.Have been working for DOD for 19 years, teaching preschool. Who would have ever thought. I have 2 children a son 27 who is married with 1 son, he is former Navy and now works for a oil pipeline company and lives in Texas. My daughter 26 a nurse, married with 2 boys and they live in Germany.My son in law is Army. My husband is ex navy and now works for DOC Florida state.I keep in touch with several friends from high school and a couple from Blossom Gulch and Englewood.It rocks to still keep in touch with people from 40 years ago. all.Never went back to school, never liked it the first time around had no desire to do it again.We make it back to Oregon every couple years and get together with a few friends. My family is still there. We hope to return to live in the Roseburg area after retirement which is in 10 years. God willing.I moved to Roseburg after HS for a few years and then on to Charleston South Carolina courtsey of my ex who was in the navy.Life has been great. I will admit the best part is being a Grandma, I love it. Doesn't seem like we are old enough to be grandparents.Where did the time go. Anyone else notice the older we get the faster time goes.
