Tammy's Story
Well.....where to start? My oldest daughter is going to her jr. prom this weekend. So I've been thinking about my "prom experiences" recently.
After high school....joined the Army Reserves and absolutely loved it. Had a great time, met great people. Then I met Jack. He grew tired of me flying off on excursions and after we married and my time was up, he asked me to get out.
Then I went through a series of community colleges. Tried nursing....not for me. Tried finance....too serious.

rom beautiful downtown Lyons, where we bought our first home to Spring Valley, IL. Never heard of it? Go figure... It's a great place to raise kids. If you've ever seen the movie Friday Night Lights.....that's basically it.
We have a 16 year old (Kaitie) and I can honest say I never knew fear until I started teaching her how to drive. Jacob, our son, is 14....Sports, sports, sports.
My husband works for Wal-Mart as an Operations manager and I watch kids for a living. We love to work on our property and go camping.
