Tammy's Story
My name is John David Cone III, and Tammy L. Mattocks was my mother. She married my father, John D. Cone Jr., and then gave birth to me on February 4, 1989. She also gave birth to my brother, Shane Michael Cone, on April 27, 1990. My mother divorced my father in 1991 and remarried to my stepfather Calvin Mack Williams in 1993. My stepfather was diagnosed with cancer on my brother's 8th birthday in 1998. He died in 2001 just 21 days before Christmas. chool. Currently my brother and I are both attending college. He is going to become a lawyer, and I am going to become a speech pathologist. He lives in Texas where my biological father resides, and I lived with Roger Mattocks, my mom's brother. I created this sight to try and provide classmates of my mother's with information about her at future reunions or to even if it's possible participate at the reunions in her place. I am interested in learning more about my mother when she was younger because I can never ask her myself now. Thank you all.
