Tamra's Story
After graduating from AHS, I went to school at SWOSU in Weatherford...and never left. After graduating with a BA in English I began working for SWOSU. Sixteen years later, I have completed MEd's in English and Community Counseling. I am now a counselor (individual and group) in the University's Counseling Center and teach graduate counseling classes.
I also work as a motivational speaker providing training seminars to businesses and schools. You can also find me helping out at PBarFarms (the corn maze in Weatherford) in the Fall.
I married David Misak in 1997 and Michael was born in 1999. Michael will be 9 in M...Expand for more
ay and keeps us very busy with Cub Scouts, soccer and music. Michael have been the most amazing blessing I have ever received! God is good!
Many of you know that David has had two kidney transplants. He continues to do well and we pray for several more years of good health.
My parents moved to Colorado Springs so I haven't been back to Altus for quite a while.
I have been reluctant to put much information up here, but found that I kept getting frustrated when I only found someone's name listed in the profile and nothing about family and life...I wanted to know more. I hope to hear what everyone is doing.
