Well I''m turning 53. Sometimes I feel it and sometimes I feel like I'm in high school again. I miss the laid back easy fun times we had back then. The weekends on the sailboat laying in the sun. Hanging out at the lockers between classes. Skipping out for lunch and hanging out on the quad. I miss the yacht club parties and hanging out at Silver strand with the surfers. I miss the surfer stomps where they showed the surf movies on the wall and we all hung out and drank beer and just enjoyed being young(aah to be young again). I miss my first real boyfriend. I miss my friends and wonder where they are today. But today my life is grand. I'm still in pretty good shape and I'm told I look alot younger than I am. I'm glad about that. I have to stay fit to keep up with my life. I have 3 beautiful daughters and wouldn't change a thing. My girls and I, have a wonderful relationship. Were all friends with a bit of "Oh Mom" on the side. My girls are 20, 23 & 28. Ashley, Jerine & Triston. I have 3 Grandkids, 5, 3, 1. Nathan, Trent & Reagan. Being a Grandma is awesome. My Grandkids live in Southern California and so I don't get to see them often enough. My Husband is going through his mid life crisis right now and is deciding to stop working as an Engineer and become a Teacher and/or a Gunsmith. What do you know about that? Not sure how I feel about it, but I'll support him in whatever he decides. He's a good man and he loves me. I am a Senior Buyer in a high tech company.
