Tanya's Story
After high school, I attended Diablo Valley College for two years, then transferred and graduated from California College of Arts & Crafts in Oakland with a BFA in Graphic Design. I worked at Lawrence Livermore Lab as a graphic designer and illustrator. In 1977, I moved to Los Angeles to freelance (did a bit of everything--magazines, books, film, ad agencies) and have been here, doing that, ever since. I've been married, no kids, and have been divorced for the last twelve years.
I've done a lot of traveling (Europe/Eastern Europe, Greece, Russia, Mexico, Canada, and I'd like to see more of the U.S.), which I love.
I used to do a bit of martial arts but after knee injuries, I switched to dance and love it. I've been taking lessons over the past few years and have performed with various troupes, just for the fun and challenge of it.
