Life
I have moved to Seattle from New York after retiring as a personal chef....f you knew me at all this is no surprise!! I loved my job and can't believe the amazing places I got to live in and travel to. If someone had told me 20 years ago I would be flying all over the world in private jets and feeding famous and important people I would have laughed my head off. I love it when life is unpredictable!! I am now an instructor at a cooking school and loving the change of pace and more relaxed lifestyle.
College

f my college experience. The second school, University of Houston, was for Hotel/Restaurant Management and accounting. Since I put myself thru school I didn't have the time or money to enjoy the second as much as the first. I worked at least 1 full time job at all times while I was in school.
Workplace
I really love teaching. Most of my students are just everyday people looking to hone theirs skills or learn something specific. My Mastering the Art of French Cooking Classes are very popular (and a lot of fun). I also have a couple of interns that I am molding into the chefs of tomorrow :-)
Military
I did not do this....sorry grandpa.
