Taylor (Charmaine) Mills born in Carmel California lived in Carmichael and Fair Oaks California. Taylor attended Bella Vista High School in Fair Oaks, California. Taylor is a graduate of Harvard School of Business Taylor also attended The Walt Disney Company (Writing, Animation, Art and Design), BYU (Brigham Young University) (Diploma in Film Direction, Photo Journalism, Writing), Hypnosis Motivation Institute (Medical Hypnotherapy, Medical, Life Therapy). Taylor's career spans business development in the Entrepreneurial Division of an international Senior Secured Lender. Her career spans the Entertainment Industry as an Artist, Executive Producer, Director and Writer for Network TV. She is also a Creative Director who has developed specialized news and documentary series. Taylor is an American Play-write, awarding screenwriter and songwriter.. She is a Published Author.
