Theodore's Story
Life
Disabled Firefighter/EMT. Same wife, Vickie, of more than 29 yrs. Three biological kids (2 girls, 1 boy) and several therepeautic foster kids since 1998.
I am a retired volunteer in the Boy Scouts of America as Scoutmaster of Troop 484, Great Smoky Mountain Council, chartered by St John's United Methodist Church in Maryville, TN and several other community and culturally based organizations such as the South Eastern Council of Cherokee Indians where I serve as Band Marshal and Elder to the Buffalo Creek Band.
Most importantly, I Raise my eyes and arms toward the Heavens above in Prayer, thanking the Great Mystery who is our Creator for granting me life and allowing me to find the courage and wisdom to use that life in a way to benefit others; sharing a respect for all life and the Mother Earth we have borrowed from our children's children.

few years with lots of therapists and doctors. I no longer can ride our horses, but spend a lot of time at the barn with my leopard appaloosa, Spook. He was very frightened of me during the early months, but has gradually come around as I once again became the man he knew.
This experience has made me more outgoing and developed my faith to a higher plane. Also, allowing me a new insight to life, love and friendship, I realize that I was not the person I should have been when younger. I can only offer my apologies for the way I was in those days and hope to be remembered in better light than the self-centered fool you knew in our youth.
Pictured with me in the "now" picture is my son, Theodore "Stalking Wolf" Jones IV. He is a USMC non-com and currently preparing for his third trip to Iraq and in his second enlistment.. I like to think he is a better man at his age than I was then. I know he is a better Patriot and defender of his people and culture than was I.
