Teddy's Story
It has been a life lived since F.K.lane, I went to college at Hobart, I've been in retail since graduating in '76. First at Modell's where I met my Wife Derly. Then I worked for Thom McAn and finally at Harry's Shoes for 24 years until they furloughed me in march. I just might retire if I stay unemployed till next June we shall see. ( We both retired in Sept. 2021) Derly and I have 3 children. Our oldest, Deidre, is a senior asst District attorney in Brooklyn, My son Sam is a tax preparer in Park Slope and my youngest Cheryl is a Clinical Social Worker for the BD of ED early childhood.
I was given an award and a chance to address the Graduates of PS130 in 2019 because of my 30 years of volunteering as a Learning Leader. I did writing workshops and read-alouds some of which are on you-tube.

cise and peace of mind, I've been training in Shotokan karate for 25 years or so and Brazillian Jui-Jitsu for the last 6. I have a Black belt in Karate but I've been stuck at blue in BJJ for years, it's hard but fun.
I have been in touch with Faith{Weil} Weitz. She and her husband Came to my kids' weddings. My family is like the mix we had at school. My wife is from Haiti, One son in law is from Equador the other is from Trinidad and my daughter-in-law is Chinese, Our DJs needed to be very nimble with the music section, but on the other hand, my daughter in Law Mabel is a Salsa instructor, so Latin always works. If only I could dance something other than the twist?
Anyway if you want to touch base I'm still here in Brooklyn.
I just added some photos from our graduation college-bound party, weren't we cute?
