Well I moved from Hoopa to Portland in the middle of my freshman year. Then we moved to Reedsport, Oregon for a year, then to Crescent City. I have been in Crescent City ever since. I married a wonderful man, I have a beautiful daughter (25) and a 4yr old granddaughter named Hope. I worked for the school district in the high school library for20 years, and I am now the Del Norte County Public Librarian. I love living on the coast, its just a 15 minute drive to the river and sun. We are mostly foggy in summer. I lost my husband last year, 8 days before Christmas he had brain cancer. I am now learning to be alone all of the time, but I am at work most of the time. I like to take walks in the Redwoods and on the beach. I am kind of a mess right now because we were supposed to grow old together and I am feeling old and alone. I suppose in another year or two I might be able to move on. My parents live here too, so I spend lots of time watching them, making sure they make it to Dr. appointments out of town. My dad is 87 and my mom is 82.
