Tereasa's Story
Life
After graduation, I took a position at First American Title company. I then got an offer to move to Michigan for a year to nanny. It was a great experience, but I couldn't stand the humidity and mosquitos. I Came back to Oregon, went to work for Sears. I married my husband John in 1996 (whom I only had known as Pineapple for years). I went to work for Nordstrom in Human Resources and loved it. I Stayed with the company for 10 years. ed doing daycare and really enjoyed the change (I went from babysitting adults to kids, the kids were easier!). Now I have a three year old son, who keeps me very busy. I love to volunteer at my daughters school and plan to do more when my son starts pre-school in the fall. We love spending our summers at Pine Hollow where we have a cabin with friends, right on the lake. The kids have learned to waterski and us big kids have taken up wake surfing. We live in the Oak Grove area and are planning on moving within the next year or so to a larger home.
