Terence's Story
I attended Southwest Texas State University, followed by Navy OCS in Newport RI. I served as a naval officer for 3 years. I married Mary Salamone in 1974, who I met during my second year of college. esidency in Pediatrics & a 2 year fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Diseases. My career was in academic medicine at UTHSCSA. I was director of the South Texas Pediatric AIDS center for 24 years. I retired as a professor of Pediatrics in 2012 and moved with my wife to Burnet, Texas. We have one daughter, Melissa who will be married in February 2018.
