Teresa's Story
Life
This is me and my guys. My daughter was away at college when this was taken. You know who the baby is.
This summer John and I celebrate our 25th. We have three children, Peter 23, Susan 20, and James 18. Peter joined the Air Force three years ago. Last summer he married Melissa, also in the Air Force, who is now staying home with their daughter, Erin, born May 2,2006. This Spring Peter was transferred to Barksdale AFB in Shereveport, LA, just before Erin was born. They are very happy,but tired new parents.
Susan is in college and still deciding on a major. James graduated this year and is also deciding what he wants to do. He is thinking of Engineering.
My husband is an electrical engineer working in Portland. He does design work for commercial buildings...Expand for more
. On our days off we like to go to the coast or just hang out at home.
I am working in a clinic in Portland and am enjoying it very much. I am seriously considering starting an online Master's program this fall. I would love to hear from anyone in the Portland area.
Workplace
After staying home with my kids for about ten years, I decided to go to nursing school. I graduated in 1999 and have worked in several different hospitals, in Oregon and California.
After working in critical care for most of my career, I decided to take a change of pace and work in a clinic. I wanted to be home more for Jame's last year of school. I did not expect to like it as much as I do and plan to stay in clinic work and possily pursue an advance degree as a Nurse Practioner.
