I continued with my dance studies,something I had let go for a few years i high school.I danced with local Ballet companies Ballet Long Island,Lumiere Ballet some of my most enjoyable years out side of having my four incredible kids,adults now. have studied under a master teacher who studied directly under Joseph Pilates.I had a studio many years in NY and did a great deal of rehab work with injured dancers and clients with back inj I now live in fForida in the panhandle.I offer workshops in Pilates and have taught at universities as well and colleges ans studios in Florida and NY.I have have kept in touch with a few people from school.
