Life
Wow, where have the years gone. I've turned 50!! Finally got the Ph.D. a few years ago (took me long enough to get around to it!). Did my own business thing and LOVED it -- was consulting with attorneys doing death penalty defense. Unfortunately, the world came crashing in around me in 2000 when my then-husband decided to look elsewhere for his . . . well, 'nuf said. Anyway, ever-resilient, I picked myself up, dusted myself off and started all over again (as the song goes). And now, I'm better than ever. My two beautiful daughters are the light of my life, but they're inching ever-so-close to leaving home. :-( Can't...Expand for more
bear the thought of it, but time marches on. Thank goodness I've got the company of my terrific new husband. Nothing like trading in models and upgrading!! I sure came out the winner in this deal. Would LOVE hear from old friends and classmates. There's something about getting older that makes us nostalgic for earlier days, I guess.
