Terrance's Story
Life
I've managed to stay single thus far. Traveled a bit... to London, Ireland, Cape Cod, Myrtle Beach. Enjoyed them all, but choose to reside close to family in Dutchess County, NY until very recently. I have 3 nieces and 3 nephews, and am proud of all of them. Worked in retail/wholesale for 20 years, went back to school for Biology a couple years ago. Some of my most rewarding moments have come as a volunteer EMT and Firefighter during the last 10 years.
College
I went to Dutchess Part-time for 6 years and earned 2 degrees. I ear...Expand for more
ned a business degree first, and then promptly switched to Medical Laboratory Technology. I had the best time during the 2 years it took me to earn the MLT degree. I joined the biology club, went to Cape Cod twice, and became sort of a big brother to some of the kids in my biology and chemistry classes. I also was able to get to know some of the professors as a "non-traditional" student. I went on to SUNY New Paltz to get a B.A. in Biology and A Master's in Education. I'm now a Biology teacher in a little town in Columbia County, NY.
