Terri's Story

Grew up in Sylmar, CA. Graduated in 1977, married Doug Van Lohn in June 1979. Went to LAVC and received AA and Nursing Degree. Specialized in NICU. Gave birth to 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys. Divorced in 2003. Children now raised and on their own so I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada 2017. I have 4 children, 3 grandchildren, 2 daughter-in-laws and a son-in-law. I live with my cat, Tom. My life here on earth has been an incredible experience. The people who have come in and out of my life, the mountains...Expand for more
I have climbed (sometimes traversed one small step at a time), the lessons I have learned . . . humility, patience, forgiveness, steadfastness, compassion, friendship and love. (just to mention a few) Stay strong in your convictions to yourself, be true to you. Let your soul and spirit guide you on this earthly journey. Remember, our body is just an outer shell we will shed when we leave Earth. It is our soul, our spirit, our mind that comprises who we are, Let your Light shine for others to see!
