Terri's Story
I briefly joined the Air Force when i graduated and had to get a medical discharge due to a seizure disorder.My one and only child was born on November 1, 1983 and named for my dad and my brother (Richard Michael Horn) who died on May 12, 1986 as a Navy Seal. ONe of the best brothers a sister could have had, my younger is also one of the best. I call my son a gift from God, i was not sure if i was pregnant and could not afford the fee if i was not. God gave me a sign. I was in the middle of a parking garage in spring in Fort Worth, Texas and he sent a baby robin to be by my car/when i saw this bird i raised my eyes to heaven because I knew i was pregnant then and I thanked God for the sign and i went to look at the baby robin again and it was gone..He is the best son a mother could have and i am extremely proud of him. fensive side) and very popular which was good to see since I was not popular at all. He went to a high school that was and is bigger than the city of Rogue River and i will never regret going to school at RRHS because of the smallness factor. I now live in Fort Wayne, Indiana for a very large insurance company and i am working from home. I have an associates as a paralegal and i am working on a double bachelors Accounting and Healthcare and will then sit for either my CPA (certified public accounting) license or my CFA (certified Financial Accounting) license this will help my son since he is thinking about opening his own business. I would really like to reconnect with the classmates from RRHS. I would be nice if we could have a reunion. Coming up 30 years and we have only had one reunion and that was our 5th year reunion.
