Terri's Story
I'm almost 48, still single (spendt too much time on my career), and am now back in school, to be retrained as a Paralegal. Life has had many ups and downs forcing me to give up my own catering business and to pursue another whole life at such a late stage. I'm finding that being back in school makes me miss my friends I made in high school. My father recently passed and my mother is ill so I'm going through the process of being a caregiver; which I assume alot of my classmates are also. I would hope my old friends would remember me as someone who cared alot, really enjoyed being on the pom-pom squad and would like to get in touch with me again.
I like to blow off steam by sitting in a hot bubble bath with candles and relaxing music...it's even nicer if I'm not alone!!

Colorado. I was in London for a year about 20 years ago, so I missed the first reunion. Thought it was a pretty good excuse to miss since I was "across the pond" as they say over there!!
As they say in the "story wizard", life doesn't always turn out the way you expect. My biggest surprise has been my ability to be a survior. When I have hit some obstacles I have been able to pick myself up and continue on. The worst was when I was unemployed and homeless. The rental I was living in had a fire and I had to move and the job I had at the time just was not right for me. So, what did I do?? I started my own business. Now, I'm having to start my life over again since my car wreck and I didn't know I had it in me to keep surviving.
